SiteMinutes was born on construction sites, where minutes are a contract document, and it works just as well for every team that needs a reliable record of what was said and decided.

HOW IT WORKS 1. Prepare — set the agenda and the attendees in a minute. Open actions from the last meeting come along by themselves. 2. Record — tap Record. The recording is saved on your device in safe parts, even with no signal. Tap Mark at an important moment and add photos as you go. 3. Create minutes — after the meeting, tap Create minutes. A temporary copy of the recording is used to transcribe the meeting and draft the minutes with AI, then deleted. 4. Review and finish — read the draft, change anything by typing a sentence ("Move 4.2 to the architect"), and tap Finish. You confirm every set of minutes before it is final. 5. Send — share a clean, professional A4 PDF with everyone who attended.
