Di Adam Bafirawala · Salute e fitnessPerché ce lo aspettiamo: Clear value, careful privacy design, and a Screen Time foundation make this a convincing evening-focused debut.
In breve
Starkept: Stop Night Scrolling lets people set an evening budget for the apps that take up their nights and locks chosen apps until morning, using Apple's Screen Time framework on iPhone. It suits anyone who wants to sleep earlier and keep the phone from running their evenings. Each evening kept adds a star to a night sky, and all data stays on the device.

You meant to put the phone down an hour ago. Then it was midnight, and the morning started tired again.
Starkept gives you your evenings back. It is not about willpower. You decide once, while you're still clear-headed, and Starkept holds the line later when you're not.
HOW YOUR EVENINGS CHANGE
You pick a small evening budget for the apps that eat your nights. When it runs out, they stay closed. At bedtime, the apps you choose lock until morning. No negotiating with yourself at 1 a.m. You go to sleep earlier, and you wake up feeling like you slept. A NIGHT SKY YOU BUILD Every evening you keep adds one star to your sky. Miss a night and nothing is taken away. You just pick up tomorrow. Over weeks, the sky fills in and you can see the evenings you got back.
BUILT ON APPLE SCREEN TIME Starkept uses Apple's Screen Time framework, so the lock is enforced by iOS itself, not by a reminder you can swipe away. You choose exactly which apps and categories count.
