Tallyrow: 75 Day Challenge

Tallyrow is a 75-day challenge tracker. Each day is one screen of rules to check off before midnight, and each finished day adds one stone to your row.

Setup takes two screens. Pick a template, edit any line, and decide what a missed day costs. After that it is the same small job every day.

TEMPLATES - 75 Soft: 75 days, 5 rules (45 minutes of movement, 10 pages, 3 L of water, eating to your plan, no alcohol outside social events) - 75-day reset: 75 days, 6 rules, including two workouts and a progress photo - Winter Arc: 92 days. Keep 3 to 5 rules from a list of eight, or write your own - Custom: 7 to 100 days, 3 to 8 rules

Templates only pre-fill. Rename, add or remove rules before Day 1. You can edit them later in Settings, and the change starts the next day.

IF A DAY IS MISSED Strict sends you back to Day 1. Lenient lets one day slip and restarts after two in a row. You choose during setup and can switch in Settings. No red crosses, no streak flames.

EACH DAY - Rules grouped into morning, anytime and evening, if you give them a time - One daily reminder at the time you set - An optional progress photo from the camera or your library - Your first and latest photo side by side, saved as one image you can share - A month calendar, your longest row, restarts and the date you will finish - Home Screen widgets with your day count and what is left before midnight

YOUR DATA There is no account and no Tallyrow server. Rules, checks and photos stay on your phone. Export everything as a zip of JSON plus the original photos whenever you like; export stays free after a subscription ends. Delete everything wipes the app after a second confirmation.

PRICE One subscription unlocks the whole app, and the price is on screen before you pay. - Yearly: 7 days free, then $39.99 a year - Weekly: $7.99 a week, no trial

Prices are in US dollars. The App Store shows your local price before you confirm. On Yearly, Tallyrow reminds you the day before the first charge, with a notification and a banner on Today.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel in the app under Settings > Plan, or in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Tallyrow does not count calories, set diets, track weight or read health data.
