PRACTICE AT YOUR PACE Set the character speed from 5 to 40 words per minute. Adjust Farnsworth spacing to give yourself more time between characters while keeping each signal’s rhythm intact.

CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE Practice letters A–Z, numbers, punctuation, and Swedish characters Å, Ä, and Ö. Start with a random 50-character exercise and choose the character groups you want to work on.
