The Vibe OS Team

The Vibe OS is the employee resource for the team at The Vibe — Healthy Bar & Lounge in Lewisville, Texas. Our team members, many of them part-time, use it on their own phones to manage their schedule, onboarding and requests, and our store managers use it to support them.

Signing in requires an account created by a store manager at The Vibe.

FOR TEAM MEMBERS - Set up your account with the code your manager's invitation sends you. - Finish onboarding step by step: add a photo of your food handler card, read and sign the handbook, complete your training modules, and see your training days. - See your schedule, always current. - Apply for open shifts, or offer one of yours to a teammate or the whole team. - Tell your manager when you can work, and ask for time off. - Get notified when something about your schedule changes.

FOR STORE MANAGERS - See today at a glance. - Review and answer your team's requests — time off, shift offers and applications. - Get notified when something is waiting on you.

Once your account is fully set up, you can delete it at any time from Settings.
