Tofu - Focus & Tasks

Your clear-minded self can protect the version of you that is tired, distracted, or tempted to keep scrolling. Tofu helps you make that decision in advance.

Start a Focus session and Tofu blocks the apps, websites, and entertainment categories you selected with Apple Screen Time controls. Short videos, streaming, social feeds, games, and other distractions stay out of reach until the timer ends, so you can recover your attention and energy.

Tofu is more than a focus timer. It brings project management, Todo, and calendar planning into one calm workflow:

• Break large goals into projects, tasks, and manageable focus sessions • Automatically divide long work into realistic time blocks • Arrange tasks around fixed commitments and buffer time • Keep Today, Future, and Completed tasks organized • Record actual completion time on the calendar • Review daily and weekly focus progress • Continue a focus session from iPhone or Apple Watch • Sync projects, Todo items, schedules, and focus state through iCloud

Instead of maintaining one app for projects, another for Todo, another for time blocking, and another for distraction control, Tofu keeps the complete system together. Decide while you are clear. Protect that decision when motivation fades. Finish the work, regain your energy, and let each completed Focus add another tofu to your collection.

Screen Time blocking requires the user to grant Family Controls permission and choose the apps, websites, or categories to block. Availability of cross-device features depends on iCloud and supported devices.
