$YOU: Mood Journal & Stocks

$YOU turns your day into a stock.

Every night, tap the rainbow button: rate your day and write a few lines about it. Your price moves, and every point up or down comes with a reason.

$HOME Your price, your chart and today's tips. Your latest cards, and yesterday's journal printed as a newspaper. Tap it for a calendar of every day, with your moods.

HABITS BACKED BY REAL RESEARCH Try today suggests a habit or two from what's been costing your stock, and from Apple Health if you connect it. Tap (i) on any habit to see the studies behind it. Every habit you tick moves your price straight away.

$MSNBYOU Your own business channel reads your day like the market close: an anchor, a live ticker, and a wall of screens built from your real history.

$STOCKS (OPTIONAL) Get $10,000 of play money to buy a piece of your friends. When they have good days, your money grows. Checking in pays you, habits pay you, and every 7 days in a row pays a bonus. Team up as a league to race other leagues each week, and spend what you make on new looks in the avatar shop. Run out, and you can start over. It's a game: play money can't be bought, cashed out or exchanged.

COLLECT ALL 18 Eighteen characters, each one earned by something you actually did.

$YOU Dress your character from over 170 items, earned by showing up. $YOU Deluxe adds shiny extras, and lets you start over on $STOCKS without the weekly wait.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your journal stays on your iPhone, and no account is needed. • Reports are written on the device, by Apple Intelligence or the app's built-in engine. • Apple Health is optional and read-only, and the measurements never leave your phone. • Joining $STOCKS is optional and anonymous: no email, no phone number, no password.

$YOU is a journal and a game. Your price isn't money, and nothing in the app is financial, investment or medical advice.
