Allure is a running coach that listens before it makes you run.
Every morning, tell Allure how you slept and how you feel. It suggests the session that makes sense today: an easy jog after a short night, a quality workout when you're fresh, a long run at the weekend.
TODAY'S SESSION • Tuned to your sleep, energy and recent training load • Paces and heart rate zones based on your real runs • The why behind every session, in plain words
PLANS FOR EVERYONE • Couch to 5K to start gently • 10K, half marathon, marathon and trail • A plan that adapts when life gets in the way
DURING YOUR RUN • GPS tracking, pace, distance and heart rate • Live guided sessions: phases, target pace, heart rate target • Works with Apple Watch and Garmin watches • Saves to Apple Health
LOOK AFTER YOURSELF • Injury Radar: a quick look at your fatigue and load • 10-day runner's weather to find the right time slot • Your weekly recap every Sunday
RUN TOGETHER, WITHOUT COMPARISON • Circles with friends or your club, no leaderboards • Your running journal, shareable if you want • Beautiful cards to share after every run
Allure is free, with no ads and no subscription.
Allure is not a medical device. Ask a doctor if you have any doubt about your health.
