Bidolio is for independent painters, cleaners, handymen and other service businesses that need a straightforward document they can review and share. No account is required.

FROM JOB NOTES TO LINE ITEMS Type your work description, or dictate when on-device speech recognition is available. Include explicit prices, quantities, a deposit, tax or a discount. Bidolio suggests line items for you to review. Unrecognized details stay visible so you can add them yourself. It does not invent prices or look up market rates.

ESTIMATES AND INVOICES • Create itemized documents with your business and client details. • Set quantities, unit prices, discounts, tax and a requested deposit. • Convert an estimate into a linked invoice without retyping it. • Record payments manually and see the remaining balance. • Preview and share a PDF using the iOS share sheet. • Keep saved client details, and import clients from a CSV file. • Export a JSON backup and restore it, with a safety copy before replacement.

THREE FREE JOBS Your first three jobs are free. Converting an estimate into an invoice counts as the same job. Deleting a job does not reset the allowance. Existing documents remain readable, editable and exportable if you stop subscribing.

OPTIONAL BIDOLIO PRO An auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription enables unlimited new jobs and removes optional banner ads when advertising is available. Your App Store price and billing period are shown before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore purchases in the Pro screen. No free trial is offered.

LOCAL RECORDS, YOUR CONTROL Business records and drafts stay on your device. Bidolio has no in-app cloud sync. Voice processing requires on-device recognition; typing remains available. Analytics, crash reporting and optional advertising start switched off. Device backups follow your Apple settings. You choose when and where to share documents or backups.

English and Turkish. Supports USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, EUR and TRY. Bidolio records payments you enter; it does not collect money, provide tax advice or submit government e-invoices.
