DiscoverWorthy Lobby is for the person who runs the business, and for whoever is holding the phone when a customer needs an answer.

Someone lands on your website at eight in the evening and asks to speak to a person. If nobody is sitting at a screen, they wait, and then they leave. That is the whole problem this app exists to fix.

KNOW WHEN IT ACTUALLY MATTERS Not everything deserves to interrupt you. Lobby sorts what happens in your business into three kinds: things that ring, things that can wait for you to look, and things that are just worth knowing. Somebody standing in your online lobby right now rings, as a Time Sensitive notification that gets through a Focus. A deal that appeared while you were driving does not.

Set quiet hours and routine things hold until morning, but a person waiting in your lobby still comes through. That is the entire reason the two are separate.

ANSWER THEM YOURSELF, FROM WHEREVER YOU ARE Open the conversation, read exactly what they wrote, and reply as the business. They see your answer in the chat window they are already looking at. No call back, no "someone will be in touch", no lost evening.

If they wrote their number or email into the message rather than a form, the app pulls it out with a one-tap Copy, and Call, Text and Email buttons that use your iPhone's own Phone, Messages and Mail.

A LIST YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET TO THE BOTTOM OF Swipe to clear something you have dealt with. A running count tells you what is left. If you have been away, one tap clears everything you have already looked at, and never anything you have not.

BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE OF YOU When the front desk deals with something, it disappears from the owner's phone too, so nobody rings the same customer twice. And if a colleague is already answering a visitor, the app says so before you start typing.

TRY IT BEFORE YOU SIGN IN Tap "Try it without an account" and the app runs a small plumbing business for you, including a real notification about half a minute in, so you can feel what it is like rather than read about it. Nothing is sent anywhere, and the demo holds no account at all.

Some features, replying to a live visitor in particular, depend on what your plan includes, and the app tells you where you stand rather than hiding it.
