Flash it!

Flash it! turns anything you're reading into flashcards, then helps you actually remember it.

Paste a link to an article, upload a PDF, a document or a whole book, or share a post straight from another app. Flash it! reads the text and writes clear question-and-answer cards for you. Edit any card before you study, or drop the ones you don't want.

STUDY THAT STICKS Flip a card, think, then rate yourself: swipe right for Got it, left for Wrong. Spaced repetition schedules the next review so you see hard cards sooner and easy ones later. Skip a card and it comes back at the end of the session.

ANY SOURCE IN • Web articles and blog posts • PDFs, Word documents and text files • Pasted notes, emails or chapters • Anything shared from Safari or another app via the Share sheet

THREE CARD STYLES Question and answer, fill-in-the-blank, or definitions. Pick how many cards you want, or let the app decide.

XP, LEVELS AND STREAKS Earn XP for every correct answer, level up, keep your daily streak alive and collect badges. No leaderboards, no mascots, just a little momentum.

READ THE SOURCE The full text is saved with each deck. Open it any time, with the passages that became cards highlighted.

REMINDERS THAT KNOW YOU An optional daily nudge, only on days you haven't studied, at the time you choose.

YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE No account, no sign-up. Decks, cards and progress live on your device. Nothing is tracked or sold.

BRING YOUR OWN AI (OPTIONAL) Flash it! writes cards on-device out of the box. Add your own Anthropic API key in Settings to have Claude write richer cards from your sources.
