Gaze Gym is a health and fitness app that guides users through a two-minute eye workout, where they follow a moving dot with their eyes while keeping their head still. It uses the TrueDepth camera on Face ID devices to score how closely the user tracks the dot across three stages. One notable point is that no account is required, and camera data stays on the device.

Gaze Gym turns eye movement into a short guided workout. A dot moves across the screen and you follow it with your eyes while keeping your head still. Using the TrueDepth camera, the app follows where you are actually looking and scores how closely you stay with the dot.
A session takes about two minutes: • Setup: look at five dots so the app learns your gaze, then four more to check the result • Three stages: left and right, up and down, and a circle • A break between stages, so your eyes can rest
While you exercise: • Your head has to stay still. Turn it and the workout pauses, with a buzz and a message, until you're back. • Blinking is fine and never costs you points. • Sounds and vibration can be turned off.
No account, no ads, and nothing leaves your device. The camera is used only while the exercise runs, and no video or image is stored or sent anywhere.
