Hää apuri brings your wedding planning together in one place: what needs doing and when, who is invited, what everything costs and how the big day unfolds.

TASKS AT THE RIGHT TIME Enter your wedding date and type of ceremony, and the app builds a ready-made list of about 60 tasks counted back from the day: venue, photographer, invitations, rings and everything in between. If time is short, tasks that are already overdue are spread evenly over the coming weeks. Mark who takes care of what and add your own tasks and notes. If the date changes, the tasks move with it.

GUESTS AND SEATING Add guests one at a time, many at once or from your phone's contacts. Keep track of replies, partners, children and dietary needs, and send the caterer a ready summary of numbers and diets. Plan the seating for round or long tables.

BUDGET AND PAYMENTS Set a total budget and budgets per category, and record quotes and final prices. Per-person prices follow your guest count. Instalments with due dates and your vendors' contact details are kept in one place.

REMINDERS A weekly summary on Monday mornings and a reminder the day before a payment is due.

THE WEDDING DAY Build the day's schedule from a ready template, share it with the best man and bridesmaids, and keep important numbers at hand. On the day itself, the app shows what is happening now and what comes next.

TOGETHER Invite your partner through iCloud: you both see and edit the same plan on your own phones.

PRIVACY No account, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your phone and in your own iCloud – the developer cannot see it.
