In their day, from wherever you are Share photos, voice notes and a few words, and theirs come back to you. Each morning, at a time you choose, your parent gets one gentle question to answer with a tap, a photo or their voice. One tap on "I'm well" lets the whole family know. Each evening they can light the Lamp. You add an ember, and in the morning they see who gathered. Plan a call, a coffee or a visit, and your parent confirms with one tap. Birthday reminders, a daily game and a weekly quiz they play too.

Close, without watching A calm line tells you they were here today, or that a call might be welcome. It comes only from them opening Hertis or sharing, never location or health data. Presence, never surveillance. Hertis is not a medical or emergency service.

A companion for them, free for them Your parent can tap and talk to the Hertis Companion and get a short, warm reply they can tap to hear. It always says it is an AI and keeps turning them back towards you. Their words stay private unless they share them. With Hertis Family you may get a gentle note such as "in lovely spirits today".

Free and Hertis Family Free includes daily moments, the Companion for your parent, the Lamp, recipes, games, reminders and one circle, which can hold both parents. It shows your last 30 days; older moments are kept, not deleted. Every new circle starts with a Founding Month: all of Hertis Family for 30 days from your parent's first share. No card, no automatic charge. Hertis Family adds the Story Vault, full history, the Memory Film, keepsakes and recaps, Family Questions, search, the Companion's gentle notes, and more circles, occasions and time capsules. One plan covers the whole family around your parents, and any of you can keep it. Stop paying and nothing is deleted; it all opens again when you return. Hertis Family is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly and charged to your Apple Account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your account settings.
