LeatherBath Cycle Board

Begin with the hide lot, not a pile of loose notes. Give each tanning batch a clear place in your daily records. Identify the hide type, piece quantity and intended weight. Assign the drum selected for the treatment run. Keep a recipe reference beside the relevant batch. List the chemical agents planned before work begins. Log additions separately as the process moves forward. Preserve the difference between intended and used amounts. Capture cycle start and finish times when available. Add temperature entries to support later reference. Write down observations that matter during the run. Mark work as running, on hold or completed. Set preparation reminders before the next batch begins. Keep review and release-check tasks visible. Return to a previous batch without rebuilding its history. Inspect recorded treatment durations at a glance. Compare planned agents with documented consumption. Review drum activity across your saved work. Read chemical quantities in their original units. Avoid mixing unlike measurements in summaries. Use recorded figures to recognize recurring patterns. Keep production handovers easier to understand. Turn everyday tanning details into a usable logbook. Built for recordkeeping, not for machine control or quality approval.
