LockLife blocks the apps that steal your time, on a schedule, with a daily limit, or during a focus session, and puts your own reason for quitting in front of you every time you reach for them.

WHAT IT DOES • Blocks the apps you choose on a schedule: work, study, evenings, sleep • Sets daily limits, so after 30 minutes of Instagram, it's done for the day • Focus sessions with a timer or a to-do list. Apps stay locked until every task is checked off. • Plan tomorrow: a quick nightly check-in to set up the next day • No pause button. The only way out is a signed emergency exit, 2 per week. • Shows your "why" and your goals on every blocked screen • Tracks the time you've saved, per app, with your yearly projection • Includes a private journal for daily wins and reflection
