Transcription runs on your device, without sending audio or text to AI servers. No account, no ads and no usage tracking. Once the required models have been downloaded, you can transcribe offline. • Transcribe from your microphone and watch your words appear as you speak. Pause and resume whenever you need to. • Import audio files and turn them into documents you can read and share. • Add more speech to a saved transcript. • Organize transcripts into folders and subfolders, and search titles and content. • Edit your transcripts and access your documents from the Files app on iPhone. • Export as PDF, Word (DOCX), TXT, RTF, ODT or Markdown. • Export your entire archive as a ZIP file.

When Apple Intelligence is available and enabled, on-device text improvement refines punctuation and paragraph breaks to make your transcripts easier to read. You can still transcribe, save, edit and export without this optional feature.

One purchase includes every feature: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no app-imposed minute limits. Available in English, Italian, German, Spanish and French. The app and transcription use your iPhone’s preferred language when supported, with English as the fallback.

Requires iOS 26 or later and on-device transcription support for your device and language. An internet connection is required for the initial model download. Importing files from cloud services may also require a connection. Text improvement requires Apple Intelligence to be set up and available for your device and language.
