NorziumMax

NorziumMax consolidates the purchase amount, the rationale behind the decision, and the subsequent outcome for each transaction. It records budget, quoted price, and actual payment figures, while assigning scores and weights for value, confidence, and reversibility. By combining weighted scores with budgetary constraints, the system saves clear decision records for future reference. When facing similar scenarios, users can assess matches in category, budget, and scoring, replicate existing rules, and trace the source via template diagrams. The decision archive tracks review frequency and actual outcomes, calculating decision accuracy based solely on cases that have undergone post-review analysis. Bar charts compare budgets against payments, pie charts break down expenditure composition, and line charts illustrate the alignment between cumulative decisions and outcomes—all accompanied by data on amounts, dates, and sample sizes.
