Orde: Shift Work Calendar

Working Saturday? Days or nights on the 14th? Orde tells you in a second, without digging through the schedule photo.

Set your rotation once, tell Orde where you are in it today, and it projects your calendar forever: when you work, when you're off and when you start. Under a minute, no sign-up.

YOUR ROTATION, READY TO GO Pick a template and adjust the hours: • DuPont, Pitman 2-2-3 and 4 on 4 off • 4/10 and rotating 3x8 • Firefighters: 24/48, 48/96 and Kelly • 12-hour days and nights • Nurse with a different schedule every period? Tap in your 3x12 shifts by hand, several days at once. • Something else? Build your own day by day, no formulas.

REAL LIFE ON TOP OF THE PATTERN Pick-up shifts, swaps with a coworker, PTO, sick days, holidays and notes. Add them to the day and your rotation stays intact. Change rotations mid-year and your past stays as it was.

ALERTS THAT SHOW UP ON TIME One before your shift, one the evening before when tomorrow changes, and a weekly summary. Night shifts and daylight saving time are handled right: the night the clocks change lasts as long as it really does.

THE WIDGET: TODAY WITHOUT OPENING THE APP Today's and tomorrow's shift right on your home screen.

YOUR HOURS, NO MATH Hours for the month, the week or a 14-day pay period, with a target, so you see when you're heading past 40. Hours only: Orde doesn't do payroll.

NOTHING LOST WHEN YOU SWITCH PHONES Free backup with your Google or Apple account. Get a new phone and everything is there. You can also export it to a file.

LET YOUR PARTNER SEE YOUR DAYS OFF Share a link and they open it in the browser, nothing to install. They never see your notes or why you were out sick.

ORDE PRO The app is complete and free, with one small ad in Month and Hours (never in Today or the widget).
