Pinwell

Pinwell is the quick way to record problems and hand over a professional report.

Drop numbered pins on a drawing, floor plan or vehicle diagram, attach photos, mark them up, and export a PDF that's ready to send. No account, no subscription, no internet needed.

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU WORK • Building site snagging, fire stopping and health & safety walks: pin defects by level and wing, assign them to a trade and track them to complete. • New home snagging: record every problem room by room before you move in. • Vehicle hire: check a car, van, lorry or motorbike at pick-up and return. Damage from pick-up shows as grey ghost pins on the return check, so anything new stands out. • Rentals, holiday lets, hotel stays, moving house and insurance claims: keep a simple numbered list of problems by room, with photos.

PINS, PHOTOS AND MARK-UP • Upload a drawing, photo, screenshot or PDF, or use a blank grid sheet. • Pinch to zoom, drop a pin, drag it to move it. • Add up to four photos per issue and circle, arrow or draw on them. The original photo is always kept. • Set status (Open, In progress, Complete), location, trade or category, who's fixing it and your own custom fields. • Tap the microphone and speak your notes instead of typing.

FILTER AND SHARE • Filter by level, area, trade or person, or search. • Create a PDF report in three layouts: detailed, issue register or photo sheet, with your logo and signature. • Export a CSV for spreadsheets. • Share by email, WhatsApp, AirDrop or Files, or email a person just their own issues.
