Seating Chart Pro

Seating charts are a three month task. You should not need a weekly subscription to finish one.

Seating Chart Pro is the whole tool for one price. Import your guest list, lay out the real room, drag every name to a seat, and export a chart the venue can print. Works completely offline. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to unlock.

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY PLAN - Paste your guest list from Notes or a spreadsheet. One name per line, add a group after a comma, and "+1" brings a linked companion. - Duplicates are caught automatically and reported, never silently added. - Pick guests straight from Contacts if you prefer. Only the names you choose are used.

A FLOOR PLAN THAT LOOKS LIKE YOUR ROOM - Round, oval, banquet, square, head, and sweetheart tables with exact seat counts. - Dance floor, bar, DJ, stage, cake, and entrance fixtures. - Drag tables anywhere. Pinch to zoom. Squeeze an extra chair in when the venue says yes; the app warns and never blocks.

SEATING THAT NEVER FIGHTS BACK - Every action can be undone, more than 50 steps deep. - Deleting a table moves its guests back to Unassigned. Nobody is ever deleted. - Renaming a guest never creates a duplicate. Your layout never rearranges itself. - Autosave after every change.

RULES THAT WORK LIKE FAMILIES DO - Keep two guests apart, or keep two together. You get a gentle warning, not a locked door.

EXPORTS THAT FINISH THE JOB - Floor plan as PDF or PNG, ready for the venue and the day-of coordinator. - Escort list sorted by last name, ready for the calligrapher. - Per-table list and a spreadsheet CSV for everyone else.

MORE THAN WEDDINGS Galas, award dinners, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs. If it has tables, it works here. Keep a separate chart for every event.

ONE PRICE, EVERYTHING, FOREVER One price. No subscription. Every feature included. No account, no ads, and your guest list never leaves your device.
