Smart Living turns your apartment into one that protects you and shows you what it costs to run.

Safety first, and it does not need the cloud. Leak, smoke and CO protection run locally on the hub installed in your apartment. When a leak sensor trips, the water valve closes on the hub itself — in seconds, and even if the internet is down. You get the alert the moment it happens.

One screen, one answer. The home view shows the real, confirmed state of your apartment: which rooms are on, what is armed, what needs attention. Nothing is drawn as "done" until the device reports back, so you never see a light as off when it is still on.

What you can do: - See protection status at a glance — armed, unarmed, or an active safety alert. - Control lights, sockets and scenes room by room. - Arm and disarm, close the water valve, and stop a siren from your phone. - Track energy use and cost in RON, per day and per period. - Get push alerts for safety events, with the detail behind them one tap away.

Built on open ZigBee. Your devices are standard ZigBee 3.0 — no vendor lock-in, and device control stays local through the hub.

Private by design. We collect only what the service needs: your email, name, the apartments you have access to, device states, and a push token so we can alert you. No advertising, no third-party tracking, no location, and we do not store your IP address. Your data is hosted in the EU.

You are in control of your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Delete account, with a 30-day grace period you can cancel.

Smart Living is a resident app for apartments fitted with the Smart Living system by your developer or installer. A hub and compatible devices are required.
