Steady: Communication Coach

Get ready for the work conversation that matters.

Steady is a voice rehearsal app for managers and professionals. Choose a realistic workplace situation, speak naturally with an AI counterpart, and get a focused debrief to help you decide what to try next.

Rehearse conversations about: • Giving clear, constructive feedback • Addressing missed commitments or disagreement • Setting boundaries and negotiating priorities • Discussing growth, promotion, or team expectations

Each rehearsal gives you context and a practical aim. Your counterpart responds in real time, so you can try different words and approaches. Afterward, review specific feedback, capture one next step, and track your practice over time.

Use Steady to: • Prepare before a high-stakes work conversation • Explore another approach in a realistic role-play • Reflect on how your words may land • Build a repeatable practice habit and review your growth

Voice rehearsals require microphone access and an internet connection. Steady is a practice and coaching tool, not legal, medical, employment, or HR advice.
