TEPS Registration

TEPS Registration provides event teams with a simple way to register, check in, and manage guests from iPhone and iPad.

The app supports two operating modes, allowing it to work independently for simple workflows or as part of a coordinated TEPS environment.

Standalone Mode Run a walk-in queue directly on the device with no server or account required. Add guests, track who is waiting or currently being assisted, and mark guests as resolved as they move through the workflow.

Standalone Mode can be configured to collect additional guest information including email address, phone number, group size, and notes. Standalone information remains on the device.

Coordinated Mode Connect TEPS Registration to TEPS Registration Core for larger event and location workflows.

Once paired with a Core system, operators can view scheduled events and availability, locate reservations, register and check in guests, add walk-ins, and track guests as they move between operational stages such as check-in, camera, preview, and checkout.

Multiple devices and stations can work together through the same coordinated workflow, giving event teams a shared view of guest progress.

Designed for Event Operations TEPS Registration is designed for environments where teams need a fast, straightforward way to manage guest movement without adding unnecessary complexity to the operator experience.

Coordinated Mode requires TEPS Registration Core and an active TriPrism subscription. Standalone Mode does not require a server or account.
