TWB Roster is the staff app for the Third Wave BBQ crew. Check when you're working, tell your manager when you can't, and sort out shift swaps — all from your phone.

This app is for Third Wave BBQ staff and managers only. Your manager creates your account; there is no public sign-up.

FOR STAFF • Your next shift front and centre — date, times, hours and estimated pay. • Shift reminders — your phone reminds you before a shift, even with no signal. • My Shifts — your published roster, day by day, week by week. • Availability — set your regular weekly pattern once, then tweak any week. Mark whole days off in one tap. • Pick up shifts — see open shifts and teammates who need cover, and offer to take them in a tap. • Need cover? — ask your team to take a shift you can't make. A manager approves the swap. • Leave — request annual leave or time off and see when it's approved. • Sick leave — photograph a doctor's certificate straight into the app when one's needed.

FOR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS • Roster builder — drag-and-drop on a tablet, or a simple day view on your phone. • See who's free before you roster them, with warnings for clashes, unavailability and minimum hours. • Minimum staffing, opening and closing cover, with alerts when a day is short. • Drafts save automatically; publish when the roster is ready and staff see it straight away. • Approve leave and shift cover requests in one place. • Time clock — punch-in kiosk for each venue, with late punch-ins flagged. • Pay levels, penalty rates and projected wage cost for the week. • Multiple venues, with a quick switcher.
