Carebud: ADHD Routine Pet

Tiny steps, one happy pet. Carebud turns your routines into mini steps, and your pet cheers you on through every single one.

Made for adults with ADHD who freeze because they don't know where to start. Check off one small step and your pet hops for joy. Finish a routine and it throws a little party with you. Missed a day? Your streak forgives it.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? • You know what to do, but starting feels impossible • Mornings slip away and evenings run late • Your head is full of loose tasks • Planners feel too strict, habit apps feel too empty • One missed day and the whole streak is gone

HOW IT WORKS 1. Hatch your pet: cat, puppy, red panda, axolotl or mini dragon 2. Answer a few questions and your pet builds your plan: three routines for morning, day and evening, at your times. Add more from templates or build your own from tiny steps 3. Check off a step and your pet reacts right away 4. Keep your streak, save it the next day or pause it when life happens

FEATURES • Routines in mini steps, with gentle reminders from your pet • Check off steps right from your Home Screen widget • Focus timer for steps that take time, with rain, soft noise or waves, plus a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • AI brain dump: type or say what's on your mind. Carebud sorts it into tasks and routines, and you decide what stays • Plan: a calendar with tasks for each day, each with its own reminder • A streak that forgives a missed day, and a pause for vacations or sick days • Evening wrap-up: move open tasks to tomorrow or let them go, and answer "How was your day?" with one tap • Your pet's diary: all your days and moods in one calendar • Hard day: a one-minute breathing exercise with your pet and helplines for your country • Calm mode, dyslexia-friendly font, light and dark mode

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • No account, no login • Your routines stay on your phone • No ads, no data selling • Your brain dump text goes through our own server to an AI service that sorts it. We don't store it, and it is never used for training.
