Collecting dues shouldn't cost your chapter money. Chapterly never charges the chapter a cent. Dues go straight into your account, and you can finally see who's actually paid. I know the struggle because I had to deal with it in my chapter. I learned this problem was much larger. Every semester looked the same. A spreadsheet updated by hand.
