Excel to PDF - XLSX Converter

Excel to PDF turns Excel spreadsheets (.xls and .xlsx) into PDF files on your Mac, iPhone and iPad. Pick a workbook, choose how you want the PDF to come out, and save it. Everything happens on your device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Spreadsheets are converted on your device. Your files are never uploaded, and there is no account, no tracking and no analytics.

SIMPLE CONVERSION • Open .xls and .xlsx workbooks from Files, a cloud drive, or by dragging them onto the Mac window • Convert with one tap and get a PDF you can save, share or print • Works offline, with no internet connection needed

YOU CHOOSE THE OUTPUT • Page range: convert every page, or only the pages you list, such as 1-3, 5 • PDF quality: High for the sharpest result, Balanced for everyday use, or Small File when size matters • File naming: keep each spreadsheet's original name or set your own • Output folder: pick where converted PDFs are saved (Mac)

BATCH CONVERSION (PRO) Add many spreadsheets to a queue and convert them in one run. Watch each file's progress, cancel the queue, and review which files succeeded or failed when it finishes.

FREE AND PRO Free use converts one spreadsheet each day. Upgrade to Pro to remove the daily limit and unlock batch conversion, with either a one-time lifetime purchase or a weekly subscription. Weekly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings, and you can restore purchases at any time.
