Fidamo brings together the places you trust: practices, clinics, studios and salons. One account, one app – and everywhere you see your appointments, messages, plans and documents.

FOR YOU • My places: all your places on one home screen, with the next appointment and new messages. One tap switches place. • Find a provider: search by service, place and time, as a list or on the map, around your address or your current location. Save favourites. • Advanced filters: the service levels Essential, Comfort, Premium and Signature, plus individual features such as step-free access, parking, Wi-Fi or “pets welcome”. Clients confirm the features after their visit. • Share: recommend a place by QR code, link or AirDrop. • Appointments: book, reschedule or cancel online where the place allows it. Plus group classes with a waiting list, reminders and video consultations. • On the way: if you like, Fidamo tells you when to leave and lets the place know you have arrived, for check-in. Your location is only used when you switch this on. • Messages: write to your place or directly to your therapist, including voice messages. • Documents: reports, prescriptions, treatment plans and invoices in one place. Photograph and send documents, accept and sign treatment estimates, and pay invoices online where the place offers it. • Exercises and plan: your training plan with today's exercises to tick off, with a daily reminder. Plus your nutrition plan with photos of your meals. • Health values: record weight, blood pressure, pulse and more yourself, or import them from the Health app. You see the values first and only send them once you confirm. • Loyalty and gift cards: collect loyalty levels and badges, refer friends, buy or give gift cards and write a review after a visit. • Family: add your children, look after them together with a second parent and hand over the account later. • Apple Watch and widgets: your next appointment and today's plan on the Home Screen and on your wrist, with a guided exercise session on the watch.

FOR THERAPISTS AND TEAMS Do you work at a practice, studio or salon that uses ClinicPro? Then the same app opens the clinic area on iPad, with your diary, records and messages. On iPhone, Fidamo remains your personal client view.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU • Each place sees only what you give it. A salon never sees health data. • Photos and documents are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded. The platform cannot open them. • Data is stored in your place's region – in Europe, in data centres in Switzerland or the EU – and is never moved to another region without the place's instruction. • No ads, no analytics SDKs. Notifications show only a title and time, never health content. • Biometric lock, export of your data as a file, and account deletion on request. • When you connect to a new place, you choose which details you take with you.

GOOD TO KNOW Fidamo connects you with places that use ClinicPro. With an invitation or your place's code, you are connected straight away. Without an invitation, you can still create an account, search for providers, connect and book. Some places confirm new clients first. Each place decides which features it offers.
