Kort samengevat

Hop Off: scroll less is a productivity app that locks the apps you choose after a set timer, so you can take a short break and then return to focus. It can also block apps by location, schedule, or an NFC tag, and shows a countdown on the Lock Screen. The app suits people who want to cut down on time lost to phone apps, such as students at the library or gym-goers.

Over deze app

Hop off your phone! Hop Off limits the apps that eat up your day, so you get a quick break and then get back to it.

TIMERS Pick the apps you want to stop using and set a timer. Use them for a few minutes, then they lock and you focus for a while. Run a different timer for each app

BLOCK NOW Lock your apps for a set amount of time or until a time you pick. Need a minute? Turn on Let me hop back on and choose how often, how long you can stay on and how long you have to wait

LEAVE YOUR APPS AT THE DOOR Pick a place like the library, the gym or your dorm, and Hop Off blocks your apps while you're there. Or flip it so they're only blocked when you're away. Set it for all day, certain hours, every day, or just weekdays.

BLOCK WITH A TAG Tap an NFC tag to block your apps and leave it at home. Tap it again to get them back.

ALWAYS IN VIEW See your break countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Get your time back.
