When you move out, the handover protocol decides your deposit. Moving Binder locks in condition, defects and both signatures as a PDF, so no one can later claim a defect went unrecorded. And in every box you know instantly what's inside, without opening it.

BOXES WITH QR LABELS • Create a box, the number is assigned automatically. Pick the target room and marks: fragile, heavy, unpack first • Photograph the open box, add the contents with the camera, "Save and add another" for whole boxes in one go • Label sheets as PDF for common self-adhesive labels with 8, 12 or 24 per A4 sheet, or plain paper with cut lines • Scanning the QR code opens the box. Status per box: packing, packed, in the van, arrived, unpacked • Box list per room to hang on the door, so helpers know what goes where

SEARCH INSTEAD OF OPENING • Type "kettle" and see: box 12, kitchen, standing in the bedroom • Progress per room: what is packed, arrived and unpacked • After the move the box list stays as your inventory, export to Excel or CSV

HANDOVER PROTOCOL WITH SIGNATURES • Move-in or move-out, landlord and tenant, address, date and time • Room by room condition and defects with photos, plus meter readings, keys and agreements • Both parties sign on the screen. Afterwards the protocol is locked, additions only as dated addenda • PDF with all photos and signatures, share by mail or Files. Both sides get the same document

METER READINGS WITH PROOF • Electricity, gas, cold and hot water, heating and heat meter in the old and the new home • Photo of the display with meter number and date, export as PDF and CSV for suppliers and landlord • Reminder on moving day: read the meters before the furniture goes in
