Pet Passbook

Pet Passbook keeps the details that make your pet’s day feel like home in one easy place. Build a passport-inspired profile for each pet with routines, food preferences, personality, sizes, health notes, care contacts, photos, and documents.

When someone else helps care for them, share a Pass with a sitter, walker, or groomer. Choose what they can see, update it as plans change, and revoke the link when you’re done. Recipients can open a Pass in their browser without creating an account.

Set care reminders on your phone for the moments you don’t want to miss.

Pet Passbook Free includes a pet profile and chapter-based sharing. Pet Passbook+ adds room for up to five pets, tailored care Passes, individual field controls, recipient presets, and private documents. Plus is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. The price shown in the app is charged to your Apple Account; you can manage or cancel in iPhone Settings.

Pet Passbook is a personal care organizer, not an official travel document or veterinary record.
