PlanShot

PlanShot turns a photo or screenshot of an event into a calendar entry in seconds.

Take a photo of a poster or flyer, choose a screenshot of an invitation, paste an image, or share one straight from Photos, Messages, Safari, or any other app using the PlanShot Share extension. PlanShot reads the title, date, time, and place, and shows you exactly what it understood.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Review and edit every detail before it's added • When an image has more than one possible time, date, or place, PlanShot asks instead of guessing • Choose the calendar and alert for each event, or set defaults

WORKS WHERE YOUR IMAGES ARE • Take a photo with the camera • Choose a screenshot or image from Photos • Paste an image from the clipboard • Share an image to PlanShot from any app

KEEPS TRACK • An optional history of what you've added, with the source image • Shows when an event you added was later changed or removed in Calendar

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Text recognition runs entirely on your device • No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking • Nothing is uploaded. PlanShot doesn't use the network at all

PlanShot needs Calendar access to add events. Camera access is used only when you take a photo.
