Pontus is a training timer for dry static apnea — the breath-hold table training freedivers do on land, on a mat, away from water.

One personal best test is all the setup there is. Pontus builds your CO2 and O2 tables from that number — every hold and every rest rounded to whole five seconds, the way you would write them on paper. Then it runs the session for you, out loud, so you can close your eyes and keep them closed.
