Prometheus Ember

Prometheus Ember is a coach for parents of kids with ADHD, built for the moments that go sideways.

When homework turns into a standoff or screen time ends in tears, open Ember and tell it what's happening. In about 30 seconds you get words you can say right now, why they work, and what to try next time. Ember remembers your child, including their strengths, what's been hard and what helped last time, so every answer fits your kid instead of a textbook.

IN THE HARD MOMENT • Tap "I'm in a hard moment", pick what's happening, and get a script you can use immediately • Talk instead of type when your hands are full • Hard-moment coaching is free, always

A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR CHILD • Talk with Ember any time about homework, routines, siblings or big feelings • Ember remembers past conversations and what worked, so you never start from zero

SEE THE PATTERNS • Log moments and quick evening check-ins in seconds • See your week and a calendar of good, mixed and rough days, plus the times and triggers that keep coming up • Share a clear PDF summary with your child's teacher, tutor or clinician

GROW, ONE SMALL CHANGE AT A TIME • Learn: short chapters on the executive-function skills of the Prometheus Method, with scripts you can use tonight • Grow: choose one focus and build a simple plan • Routines, gentle reminders and a home-screen widget keep it light

FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY • Invite a co-parent or caregiver so everyone uses the same words • Share a read-only progress link with your child's tutor

PROMETHEUS PLUS The free version includes hard-moment coaching, logging, check-ins and part of the library, with a monthly allowance of AI coaching.
