Protokio: Property Handover

Record the handover of an apartment, house or even an office at the start or end of a lease, when tenants change or after a sale. Protokio takes you from documenting the property's condition through a shared review and signatures to a PDF created on your phone. Add the people involved, meter readings, keys and other access items. Include rooms, equipment, defects, agreements and photos as needed. For a defect, you can also record the other party's response and what you agreed to do about it. Photos appear as numbered attachments in the PDF. Choose a quick, detailed or custom report. Everyone involved can review it before signing with a finger on the device. You can then open, save or share the finished PDF. Handing over the same property again? Save its rooms, equipment and known defects. Next time, add the current people and readings, then mark which defects remain and which have been fixed. Finished reports stay in the property's history. You can also save people and create your own templates for repeated use. Reports and photos are stored on the device. Drafting and reviewing a report is free. Completing and signing it requires one credit, which you can buy in the app or earn by choosing to watch ads. No subscription.
