Open the task and update them right there • See tasks assigned to you or your groups in one place, and find what to do next • Check the issue description and attached drawings or photos on site • Read earlier comments before you report, to avoid misunderstandings • Working on several sites? Narrow the list to the site you're at, and check and report just its tasks • Share what's happening on site in a comment, and your team sees it in Redmine as usual
