W skrócie
BigPass Backstage is a companion app for organizers who sell tickets on BigPass. YOUR EVENT IN YOUR POCKET • Gross sales, tickets sold and check-ins, updated live • Sales curve for the last 30 days and hour by hour on event day • Ticket types with stock left, latest orders and average order • Orders with search, filters and one-tap resend of tickets • Full attendee list with manual check-in and undo
THE OFFICIAL TICKET SCANNER • Scans the rotating QR code from BigPass tickets in a fraction of a second • Clear full-screen result: admitted, already used, wrong event, cancelled • Sound and vibration so staff never needs to look twice • Type the ticket PIN or number when a screen is cracked • Works offline: the attendee list is cached and entries sync when you're back online • Gates, "check only" mode and session counters for big venues
