W skrócie

Cyrus Cheer is a training app for cheer athletes aged 13 and up, built around position-specific plans for flyers, bases, backspots, and tumblers. It starts with a short quiz, then writes a full program and adjusts it weekly using the 1 to 10 effort rating you log after each session. It stands out for its cheer-specific exercise library, which explains how each movement affects a toss, pass, or catch.

O aplikacji

Cheer training was never built for cheerleaders. Generic fitness apps hand a flyer, a base, and a tumbler the same plan. That never made sense to me.

I competed on the US National Team and cheered at Weber State. Cyrus Cheer is the app I wish I'd had.

HOW IT WORKS Answer a short quiz: your position, your skill level, your season, your equipment, how many days you can train, and what you need to train around. The app writes you a complete training program. Then it rewrites it every week based on what you actually did.

WHAT'S INSIDE - A program built for your position. Flyer, base, coed base, backspot, tumbler — or both stunt and tumble. Each one trains differently, so each one gets a different plan. - A session player that runs the workout for you: sets, reps, rest timers, weight logging, hold timers. - Swap any exercise. No equipment today, too hard, or too easy — the program adjusts on the spot. - An intensity meter, so you always know how hard this week is supposed to feel and where it sits in your training arc. - A cheer-specific exercise library. Not "here's a squat" — here's what this movement does for your toss, your pass, your catch. - A weekly schedule that fits around practice. Say or type your week — "practice Tuesday at 6" — and training gets placed around it, with room left after the hard sessions. - A count judged by the week, not the day. Hit the week's sessions and they bank. Move one to Saturday and nothing breaks. - Share cards for finished sessions, streak tiers, and milestones.

EVIDENCE-BASED, NOT GUESSWORK The programming is grounded in published sports science and youth-training guidelines. After each session you rate how hard it felt on a 1–10 scale — a measure of training load that's been validated in teen athletes — and that rating drives what next week looks like.

Built for cheer athletes 13 and up. In season or out, gym or garage.
