JustDoneIt keeps your tasks in projects, and keeps it simple.

Plan a task on a day and it shows up on Today from that day on, until you complete it. No overdue red, no pile of deadlines: what is on Today is what you chose to do. Tomorrow is one tap away.

Swipe a task to the left and it is done. Its points go straight into Calendar, where every day shows what you finished and what is still planned. Completed tasks are removed after a time you choose, from right away to never; Calendar keeps counting them.

Tasks that come back repeat by themselves: every day, every week on the days you pick, every month or every year, or a few days after you last did them. Complete one and it is waiting on its next day.

• Projects with colors, in the order you drag them • Today and Tomorrow, with your own order on Today • A bar for your most urgent tasks: P1, or P2, or P3 • Points per task, so you see how much is on your plate • Calendar: points done on earlier days, points planned for the days ahead • Swipe right to put a task on Today, left to complete it • Repeating tasks: daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly, yearly, or after completion • Reminders on a task, and a daily overview in the morning • Tags, priorities and quick entry: "Call the plumber tomorrow p1 #home" • Photos and files on a task • Planning: the coming week as bars, with the points per day; drag a task to another day • Dictate a task: say "tomorrow", "priority one" or "three points" and it is filled in • Apple Intelligence understands whole sentences and gives a long dictated task a short title • Galleries: projects of photos, with favorites and titles • A timer per task, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • A widget for Today or P1 on your Home Screen, with buttons for Tomorrow and Delete • Add tasks with Siri and Shortcuts, or from the share sheet of any app • Collaborate on a project with others through iCloud • Sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac with your own iCloud • Backups in iCloud: go back an hour, a day or a week • A wide layout on iPad and Mac, with a sidebar and a task panel • Keyboard shortcuts on iPad and Mac • English and Dutch
