W skrócie

Karbnote, Appointment Book is a productivity app for solo service workers such as nail techs, hairdressers, massage therapists and tutors. It handles bookings, client cards, a budget and debts, and works offline with data stored on the device. One standout detail: it deducts the cost of materials from each booking to show how much was actually earned.

O aplikacji

Karbnote is an app for people who work with clients on their own: nail techs, hairdressers, brow and lash artists, massage therapists, tutors, photographers.

Book clients, see your day and know how much you earned. It's all in one place, and it all works without internet.

◆ SCHEDULE Open a day and you see who's coming and when you're free. A client asks "can I come tomorrow?" and the answer is right in front of you.

› Repeat bookings: daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly › A warning if the time is already taken or outside your working hours › A waitlist for clients who haven't picked a time yet › Reminders before each booking › Your own working hours and days off

◆ FIND BOOKINGS Search by client name, service or note. Show only unpaid bookings, or past ones you haven't marked yet.

◆ YOUR CALENDAR Your bookings can show up in the Calendar app on your iPhone. Move or cancel a booking and the calendar updates by itself.

◆ CLIENTS › Phone, photo and notes on one card › Message on Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp or Instagram in one tap › Add clients from your contacts › Client groups with colors › How many times someone came and when they were last in

◆ WHAT YOU REALLY EARN Add what a service uses up: polish, dye, a disposable kit. When the booking is done, Karbnote adds those costs to your budget and shows how much you made on it.

One client needs a different price or more time? Change it on that booking. The service stays the same.

◆ BUDGET Income, expenses and profit for a week, month or year. See which clients and services bring in the most.

Client paying later? The booking stays under Debts until you mark it paid.

› Your own income and expense categories › Dollar, euro, pound, hryvnia or zloty
