Little Relay helps you remember the last feed, the latest diaper and the small details another caregiver needs.

Start during pregnancy with movement counts and contraction timing. Keep the same familiar journal as your baby grows, with separate profiles for twins and siblings.

QUICK, EVERYDAY TRACKING Log bottles, breastfeeding, diapers, sleep, pumping, tummy time, temperature readings and more. Large buttons, illustrated amount controls and remembered milk choices make repeat entries easier. Arrange shortcuts for each child and save favorite bottle or diaper logs.

TIMERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Run separate timers for different children. Pause, resume and finish supported timers from your Lock Screen, and switch breastfeeding sides without reopening the app. Choose whether timers appear on your Lock Screen.

PASS OFF CARE WITH CONTEXT Little Relay Family adds a shared journal, caregiver invitations and optional handoffs. See the last recorded care, leave a short note and let the next caregiver acknowledge the handoff. Caregivers can also log together without passing off care.

ONE PLAN FOR YOUR CARE CIRCLE Family includes shared care plans, reusable care cards, coverage requests, caregiver catch-up, milk inventory and appointment reports. Invited caregivers use their own iCloud accounts and do not need a second household subscription.

ROOM FOR REAL LIFE Multiple child profiles, core local tracking, corrections, basic summaries, Lock Screen timers and raw exports are free. Gaps in tracking are normal. Keep the moments that help you, at your own pace.

Pumping, personal rest and pregnancy activity records stay outside the family share. No ads or advertising tracking SDKs are included. Sharing requires iCloud and connectivity; updates may be delayed.

Little Relay records information you enter. It does not measure temperature, diagnose conditions, predict labor, calculate medicine doses or replace professional care.

Little Relay Family is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, localized prices and eligible offers appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel renewal in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Core local tracking and raw exports remain available when a plan ends.
