MyBank Hisobot

MyBank is the mobile app of a financial reporting automation system for dealer networks. Executives, financiers, accountants, cashiers and branch staff work with the same data as in the web panel — right from their phone.

DAILY REPORTS • Branch staff submit the daily report: revenue, sales, debts, receipt photos and Excel files • Financiers approve or reject reports; AI scores the risk level in advance and highlights anomalies • Report history with filters by date, branch and status

DASHBOARD & ANALYTICS • Daily revenue and sales, monthly plan progress • Plan vs. actual, customer and factory debts, limits • Export reports to Excel

CASH & EXPENSES • Expense tracking by category in UZS and USD • Daily cash in/out

PROFIT & ACCOUNTING • Profit report per branch: payroll, non-cash, rent, ITR share • Accounting and bank reconciliation • Daily USD exchange rate

MANAGEMENT • Annual plans, limits, users and branches • Audit log • Push notifications about new reports and decisions

Role-based access: everyone sees only their own sections.

The app is intended for employees of organizations connected to the system. Accounts are issued by the organization's administrator; there is no self-registration.

Interface languages: Uzbek, Russian, English.
