One Throw

One Throw is video coaching for throws coaches and their athletes: shot put, discus, hammer, javelin and weight throw.

Pick a throw, draw over it, and talk your athlete through it. One Throw records your drawings and your voice over the video and sends the finished analysis straight to your athlete.

BUILT FOR TEAMS One Throw is invitation-only: coaches add their athletes, and athletes join with a code from their coach. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission before they can use the app.
