PickLedger: Order Check

Check a single order without guessing what is inside a package.

PickLedger links each exact package barcode to a SKU and the number of individual units you specify. Scan or type the code, review the proposed quantity, and confirm each count. Unknown codes never change your totals.

YOUR WORK STAYS LOCAL No account, ads, tracking or automatic order upload. Camera images are not saved. Files you export or share are handled by the destination you choose. Removing the app can remove its local library, so keep a verified backup outside the app.

PickLedger is an order-checking aid. It does not connect to an ERP, update inventory, verify authenticity, infer pack sizes or replace your dispatch checks. You define the package rules. Codes must match exactly, including leading zeros. Type a code when a label is damaged or a camera is unavailable.

CSV import supports UTF-8 files up to 2 MiB and 1,000 item rows. Use one row per unique SKU and whole-number quantities. Orders, counting and exports stay available if Pro access ends.
