Pinforge: Roguelite Pinball

Pinforge is pinball where you build the table while you play.

After every round you draft a part and bolt it on: a bumper, a magnet, a portal, longer flippers, a heavier ball. Bosses bend the rules. Every hit feeds POINTS and MULT, and they pay out as POINTS × MULT.

HOW A RUN WORKS • Three acts on three tables: the Foundry, the Observatory and the Tidal Works. • Each act is three rounds, then a boss round. Reach the target score with up to three balls. • Clear a round and pick one of three parts. Reroll with sparks, or skip it and keep the sparks. • Drain all three balls before the target and the run is over. Start again, a little wiser.

36 PARTS • 12 parts that sit on the playfield: pop bumpers, kickers, a magnet, a portal, a splitter that adds a second ball, and more. • 7 flipper mods, 7 ball mods and 10 rule cards. • Every finished run forges new parts into your pool. The Codex keeps track of them all.
