SolveWake is an alarm clock for iPhone that makes sure you actually wake up. When it rings, you solve a few quick math problems to turn it off. Press Stop without solving them and it rings again a minute later, until the problems are solved.

HOW IT WORKS • The alarm rings, even in Silent mode and Focus, and even when the app is closed. • Solve 1 to 5 problems. You type the answer yourself, so there's nothing to guess. • Stopped it without solving? It rings again a minute later.

MADE FOR MORNINGS • Three levels, from 7 + 8 to 23 × 4 − 19. • Snooze that costs an extra problem, once or twice per alarm. • A wake-up check five minutes later makes sure you stay up. • Emergency stop: hold for five seconds when you really have to stop an alarm. • Test alarm, so you hear exactly how loud it rings before bed. • Streaks and stats show how fast you wake up.
