Sourdough Master is an offline recipe builder and bake planner for sourdough bakers.

Build recipes with baker's percentages and watch every gram update as you work. Set the flour blend, hydration, levain, salt, additions, dough size and number of loaves, with clear validation and precise calculations.

Then plan the bake. Time every stage from when you start or from when you want to finish, see each planned time at a glance, and follow along in Bake mode, a calm countdown to the next stage. Fermentation depends on temperature, flour and starter, so every time is a plan to check, never a promise.
