The One: grow your cube

The One isn't another long list of goals. It has exactly two.

The white square is one small thing you add to your life: a page of a book, five squats, a glass of water in the morning. The black square is one thing you give up completely: sweets, cigarettes, the endless feed.

Every evening you mark both squares. A hundred days in a row.

HOW IT WORKS • Small steps. The action should be so easy you can't skip it. • Your streak grows only when both squares are closed. • Five lives per hundred days. Miss a square and you lose a life, and your streak starts over. Lose all five and the hundred days start again. • Change your goals any time: your streak and closed squares stay. • An evening reminder if you forgot to mark the day. • Your best streak and every square you've closed, in your profile.
