Water System Logbook

Water System Logbook is an offline logbook for people who take daily readings at small water systems: wells, treatment, tanks and meters at mobile home parks, RV parks, campgrounds and similar sites.

Set up a site and a round once, then record each day's readings in a few taps. Every round is signed with the operator's name and initials, time-stamped, and kept as a record you can review, correct with an audit trail, chart and share.

RECORD ROUNDS QUICKLY • Today's rounds show as Due, Overdue or Completed; start the next one with one tap • Drafts are saved as you go, so an interrupted round can be resumed • Record Past Round enters earlier readings and shows both observed and entered times • Readings outside a range you set are flagged "Outside configured range", never blocked

READINGS THAT FIT YOUR SYSTEM • Start with the Daily Well Check (Free Chlorine, Source Meter, Water Pressure, Pump Hours, notes) or build your own round • Library: free and total chlorine, pH, turbidity, temperature, meters, flow, pressure, tank level, pump hours, yes/no and pass/fail checks, numeric and text readings • Custom readings with your own units, optional min and max, and required fields • Rounds due daily or on chosen weekdays, at your time • Multiple sites, operators and sample locations • Values keep the precision you enter: 0.70 stays 0.70

METER USAGE • Usage is calculated from the previous meter reading, so backdated entries stay consistent • Mark a meter reset or rollover (such as a replaced meter) and that interval is left out, not guessed

HISTORY • Browse by month, jump to a date, search, and filter by site, round or operator • Correct a submitted round with an optional reason; every change is kept in its Edit History • Deleting a round is recorded in the audit trail • Each record is shown in the time zone it was recorded in

TRENDS • Chart numeric readings and meter usage over 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or all time, with your configured range and latest, low, high and average values

REPORTS • PDF report with page numbers and a header on every page • Detailed CSV (one row per reading) and Round Summary CSV (one row per round, like a traditional operator spreadsheet) • Share to Files, Mail, AirDrop or a printer

REMINDERS AND BACKUP • Optional notifications at each round's due time, skipped when the round is already recorded • Save a backup file to Files, for example iCloud Drive, and restore it on this iPhone or a new one; a safety copy of current records is saved first

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no server, no cloud sync • No analytics, advertising or tracking • Records stay on your iPhone unless you share a report or backup • Recording works offline, and text scales with Dynamic Type

Water System Logbook is a record-keeping tool. It has no built-in limits and doesn't judge whether a reading meets any regulation; the only ranges are the ones you set. Reports are not official forms.
